Where is the good happening?

I see chaos all around. But maybe that is what I choose to see.

Can I add value to the world by being here? I’m not sure. I add unpopular perspectives and give others a chance to clash and argue a little more than they have been doing?

Then, where are the good things happening? The news channels will not report those, for sure.

But something turns inside me as I learn something new, help someone or am just overwhelmed by the love a pet can shower me with.

It feels like another step towards light.

It feels like a better version stepping outside the shell of my older self.

If only people stopped listening to and responding to the venom being spread by vested interests, and by those who have nothing better to share — Good things will start happening all around.

  1. It can be quite overwhelming and disheartening when we look at the world at large. In fact it’s downright frightening. But I find doing what I can to change the circle around me gives me hope that I can make a difference. If each of us positively influences our small part of the world that’s when change is possible. Take heart Reena. There’s hope. 🤗

  2. Beautifully expressed. Even in the midst of chaos, choosing kindness, learning, love, and personal growth can lead us toward the light. A thoughtful and hopeful reminder that positive change often begins within us.

  3. Reena, you’re looking for the good in the right places. Not in the headlines. In that moment when you learn something new. When you help someone. When a pet loves you without question.

That’s where the good lives. That’s real. 💙
