Only to be opened on the event of my death.

Family, friends, the maid and a little dog called Molly, sat in the chairs. The solicitor opened up the sealed envelope, and faced the family with a smile. He was the only one privy to the information, having been there when the will was made.

So, where to the mansion, million pounds and his chain of superstores go? The solicitor tapped his pen on the desk, and read the words on the page. ‘To my family, I leave the gift of a smile. For that is all they are going to get. To the maid, as long as she looks after my dog, I give my entire fortune.’

One by one, they left the room.

The maid, still holding the dog, gave a shiver. She wasn’t sure what she was going to do with her new fortune…

Pain

pain is the initial cut of the scalpel
upon an open surgery,
dissecting through the deepest part of my body
’till the anesthesia,
takes in full control bringing me to a complete sleep –
pain, is gone;
i knew pain that way –
but, absolute pain doesn’t feel like that at all,
not even close,
it feels like a million initial cuts of millions of scalpels upon an open surgery,
with the anesthesia completely numbing your mind, but not your body;
and you slowly agonize as each layer of your skin is being lacerated –
your mind wonders; your soul afloats,
your body wishes for a slow motion movement,
hoping that at some point,
you’d be completely free from the pain-
but, lo and behold, no!
as the clock ticks faster, the pain gets more excruciating,
with every cut a multi layered wound is opened,
feeling the pain against…

bottle up emotions

every morning

face the world

with a smiling mask

as if all is well

in your world

leads to a situation

either you go to a mental asylum

or

explode

and

destroy 
your so-called

safe havenor

find a middle ground

choice is yours

Slowly building

Until I am ready to burst

This pressure

It’s a kind of curse

Its like blowing up a balloon

Until it goes pop

My head spins

Until its about to drop off.

I count slowly

From 1 to 20

Release the pressure in my brain

Before I start all over again.

I wanted to save time in a bottle so I could spend every minute with her when I found out that my wife was pregnant.  My desire was to save every day till eternity passes away, but then coming back from our honeymoon at Niagara Falls, the bus flipped over after it hit a wet patch on the road, and I lost her forever and my dreams would never come true.  I became a widow instead of being a dad and now I wanted to smash that bottle to smithereens.  She was not having my baby and I had to release my anger somehow.  I lined the bottle in my sights and said, “Hang down your head, Tom Dooley, you poor boy, you’re bound to die.”  I pulled my trigger, now it’s dead, watch out daddy has a gun and you better run.  I called my gun Maxwell’s silver hammer…

It was an inspired new logo. The “green agenda” that had been perpetrated on the country with false claims and for nefarious reasons was finally getting resistance. Sales of t-shirts with the clever logo showing a visualized shattering of the environmentally unfriendly power grabbing Green Agenda’s hold on public opinion were through the roof!
There just may be a hopeful direction for the country on the horizon as the voting public obviously wants their dismay and disillusionment to be known… and shown.
