Presence

Photo by Tomas Ryant on Pexels.com His eyes are on her hands, as she performs certain chores around the room, and occasionally, he interjects, “Handle it carefully, you’re not doing it right.” She happens to be discussing an article she read, but probably, her thought process is of no interest to her. She is never … Continue reading Presence

What Do You See #84

"I need the money to go back home." "Maybe, you are safe here.." "Who is waiting for you back home, matters more than any level of safety. Lake Quinault , WA

Lake Quinault, WA ,2019

It was a very pleasant summer day, a cool breeze blowing and we were on our way to Clallam bay. We took a break and had some lunch by the lakeside. There were people around, children playing and some families were boating on the lake.

What stood out the most from that day on the lake was the sense of serenity and calm that I experienced there. The absence of noise from busy roads or city life made me feel like I was cut off from the normal busy life.

A beautiful place to visit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to explore the locality more due to the shortage of time.

My heartfelt thanks to all these wonderful participants. Please click on the links to read their contributions.
