RESTRICTED TO CHAOS

Tasting of the forbidden fruit
Stems back to the dawn of creation
Now a rite of passage of our youth
Forbidden love
Forbidden behaviour
Substance abuse
But can the forbidden
Be your saviour?
For not all that is forbidden is wrong
Nor all that is permitted right.
In truth
So placing too many restrictions
Can lead a curious soul to fight,
Push back against them
Break the rules
Thus ignite
Sparks of rebellion
That, if unchecked
Can turn into a fire
Wreaking havoc
And destruction
Disorder & confusion
That can betray us
With the illusion
That there’s freedom
In the forbidden
On this wild horse
That we have ridden
Where under the surface
There lies hidden

Have you ever been called weird?

Strange? Unnatural? Peculiar Or odd?

Those who have a narrow vision would

Call names or put labels on those they don’t understand

Reena’s Xploration Challenge #251

The word prompt for this week is

Jamais Vu

It is the opposite of Deja Vu.

jamais vu involves a sense of eeriness and the observer’s impression of experiencing something for the first time, despite rationally knowing that they have experienced it before. Jamais vu is sometimes associated with certain types of aphasia, amnesia, and epilepsy.

I’m sure hisvisit to the hospital is to confirm whether I’m alive or dead.

I’m in a vulnerableposition.

‘Who am I, who are you,why I’m here?’

I bombardthe doctor with questions.

The doctor confirms traumatic amnesia.

He seems relieved.

I have to feign jamais vu

till I’m strong enough to return the favors.

There is no restriction on format of our work. https://reinventionsreena.wordpress.com/2022/10/13/reenas-xploration-challenge-252/ could seem a bit weird, odd, and causing chaos. But I love the different viewpoints of one picture.

‘What’s a little chaos?’ Tom said, as he sent an email to all his staff.

‘Don’t you think it’s a little weird, dressing in costumes and doing an obstacle race. I mean, I have difficulty walking from my desk to the restaurant, can’t I sit this one out. I mean literally, sit this one out.’

‘We’re all out of shape, stuck behind our desks all day, we need to add a bit of chaos to our lives. We complete customer’s accounts, day in, day out. I want to add some variety to our day. Don’t you remember it’s a knockout?’

‘I reckon Tom will knock you out when he sees this email. He hates sports, in fact, he’s never worn…

An abbreviation that everyone knows, and it is used to express amazement, confusion, or disbelief about something that happened.  This overly used internet acronym does not mean “Welcome to Finland” and it is often said when you are pissed off because you don’t understand why something has happened.  If you were out on a boat fishing and an alien spaceship appeared in the sky and it sucked up all of the fish in the lake, that would be weird, and you might say WTF for Where’s The Fish?  I heard that Facebook is changing their name, because some people think WTF stands for “Welcome To Facebook” and this might cause some chaos, well it will definitely be strange.
