We’re living in the Wi‑Fi century, but somehow the signal still drops when you need it most, like when I wanted to share an important update.
From the mountain top, the sky wasn’t just clouds— it was war trending live, no filter, and he was not aware…
Try telling an unborn kid his dad was stuck in a no-fly zone, ghosted by insane politics and a bad connection.
Shucks, Hope is not just another app update.
We travelled across timelines so your father could meet you only in silence. The grave became the first FaceTime call he never picked up.

My heart screams with each new headline. How I wish there were some way I could make it better.

What a sucker punch of a Six, Reena! And sadly reflective of a future at times doesn’t seem that far off.

This is happening in the chaos being created right now, and you capture the helpless tragedy in just the right (and spare) words. 💔

did it again!*
A very strange time, made more anxiety producing by the fact that it is a future unfolding… which means, unfortunately, even the Players don’t know with certainty the outcome of their moves.

I agree it is a future unfolding.

I am lucky that my children are close by and safe. I cannot imagine how I would feel if that were different. Those with power do not seem to think about those people on the ground just trying to survive.

All of us safe in our enclosures are lucky. I say thanks everyday.

my son and I are in different countries, facing the same threat – violence aimed at us for being born who we are. and yet, I manage to keep hope alive that we will see each other again, perhaps even in a world where women and girls are no longer oppressed by barbaric overlords. nice write ~
