Interesting prompt – I heard on the radio; The next total lunar eclipse (“blood moon”) visible from the entire USA occurs in the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 3, 2026. Totality, when the moon is completely red, will peak around 6:33 a.m. EST (3:33 a.m. PST). This is the only total lunar eclipse visible from the U.S. until 2028.

I feel like this prompt is a story of what could have been. It feels like an opportunity that’s missed. How many times a missed opportunity has happened to someone… probably most of us. Between the eclipses we all wear masks to tell others we are ok. Most people wear a mask, I think. Some to hide feelings that are real, hurtful or sometimes evil.

You are right. We wear masks appropriate to the situation.
