I
will be
somewhere there
beyond your reach
I’m sure no one is going to miss me
I will carry bits of my cracked-up soul
move on swiftly
into light
-only
me

I feel the resolve in “bits of my cracked-up soul,” and “into light — only / me” reads to me like hard-won self-claiming.

Reena this is good! I love the image of being beyond reach and in the end alone and safe (at least that’s my take)!

I like the lines ‘somewhere therebeyond your reach’. They leave room for meanderig thoughts and images. In all a very contemplating, soulful poem. I like it!
