Welcome back!
HOW A THEME RESONATES
I missed reading this week’s beautiful story for a mundane reason. I clicked the notification, but didn’t read it due to time constraints in the morning. Later, I forgot to get back to it.
Finally, I got to read it today while doing the Weekly Wrap. I found that what Rohini writes about happened to me.
Read the beautiful story here.
PROMPT #413
How many barriers are there to listening? I’ve dealt with this topic in Communication training sessions umpteen times.
A Reddit post threw a new perspective on it.
I found some videos to support the theory. Sharing one of those here.
Yet another piece on the charm and appeal of dark arts has been added. Nonetheless, it is not directly related to the quote above. Some works by the featured artist, Anurag Anand are seen in this piece.
Let the quote serve as your writing prompt this week.
There is no restriction on the length or format of the piece. There is no last date unless you wish to be featured in the Weekly Wrap.
We will not include any posts that are found to be offensive, vulgar or that hurt ordinary sensibilities. This needs to be a safe space.
Create a post on your blog and copy-paste the link in the Comments. If you use a pingback, check whether it has worked. I have encountered situations where the pingback did not work. As a result, I missed including the piece in the Weekly Wrap.

very deep and prevalent post, Reena.

At the post there is a link to another piece I wrote for Tanka Tuesday which I think also fits.

Both are wonderful. But I found “Icy Hot Attitudes” very evocative.
