loaded with preconceived notions
inherent likes and dislikes
they weave a tangled web of untruths
people believe
what they want to believe
and discard the rest
herd instincts take over
to do the rest
-blow up sane minds

I used to be very annoyed when that was such a trendy phrase. It’s died down some now, thankfully.
