PROMPT #370

We will keep it simple this week with a word prompt.

NUANCE

You must use the word somewhere in your piece and not just use it as a theme.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines it as follows.

“Nuance” refers to a subtle distinction or variation in meaning, appearance, or sound. It indicates the finer details that may not be immediately obvious but are essential for understanding the full context of a subject. Additionally, “nuance” is often associated with the skill of conveying something in an indirect or subdued manner, highlighting the importance of subtlety in communication.

Of course, you can carry it further by adding new layers of meaning to the word.

The format of the piece is not restricted, and there is no last date either unless you wish to be featured in the Weekly Wrap. 

We will not include any post that is found to be offensive, vulgar or hurts ordinary sensibilities. This needs to be a safe space.
