PROMPT #361

I start the year with a translated couplet of Mirza Ghalib.

Original couplet

 naqsh faryaadii hai kis kii shoKHii-i tahriir kaa
kaaGhazii hai pairahan har paikar-e tasviir kaa

Whose crafty creation am I; the image implores –
Every image stands enrobed – but in paper robes
