Can someone build a bridge to nowhere?
Can someone build a bridge to nowhere?
Escape from the sounds of daily routines
Escape from the sounds of daily routines
I long to hear a voice from the unknown
carrying a new language and devices to read
Can someone fill the chasm between cultures?
Can someone fill the chasm between cultures?
Enlighten mindsets with different perspectives
enlighten mindsets with different perspectives
I long to know that my beliefs are limited
that thought winds blow beyond the horizon
Can the gods call me from heavens unseen?
Can the gods call me from heavens unseen?
Give me a glimpse of goals unachievable
Give me a glimpse of goals unachievable
I long to say I’m ignorant and inept
But willing to learn till I drop dead
I’m ignorant, but build a bridge to nowhere.
Inept mindsets enlighten limited perspectives.
The voice of gods gives a new language to read
call from the unknown beyond the horizon
I long to fill the chasm between routines and goals
Escape from sounds and beliefs till I drop dead

I love how you maintain your signature voice even through this restrictive form, Reena. 🧡

I think communication and an openness of minds to other cultures are important. The theme of your paradelle is timely. As to the format of the paradelle though – the lines 5 and 6 of each of the stanza – needs improvement. Per the guideline – these lines must contain all the words from the preceding four lines within the stanza using them only once to form completely new lines. You can check out the other paradelles for more examples. I know it is a tricky and challenging form but you gave it a go. Thanks for joining in and wishing you a good weekend.

I love how it became even more consistent in the end. If we could just have a few moments in a blissful void life would maybe be simpler

It can make coming back both easy or difficult. I guess it would be like a trip on happiness drugs.
