i am the dream i created
i am the hope i advocated
i am the wish i celebrated
i am the woman you violated.

the sorrows you’ve brought
the help you had me sought
the indifference i begot
the war i steadily fought.

i’ve won wars of thousand battlefieds
i’ve cried years of millions of regrets
i’ve hated days of unforgiving threats
i’ve achieved solitude nonetheless.

i am the face of ruthless agony
i am the face of horrible memory
i am the face of deceptive blathery
i too am the face of triumphant victory.
