Set fire to the bin

The bin which carries discarded memories needs to be consigned to fire, and the ashes sent to a watery grave.

Discards are not really discards till they cease to exist for you. Like Marie Kondo says, anything that does not give you joy needs to go. It takes away precious space from your sense of well-being.

Mindsets stuck in time warps belong to cemeteries. They do not belong to the world of living and breathing souls. They are dangerous because at times, they do not let others live in peace.

Have we ever wondered, why ghosts are always painted as negative characters in stories? The fact is there may be ghosts walking between us all the time. But if you are not aware of them, and don’t let them affect your life, all is well.

These ghosts can be likened to subconscious or unconscious thoughts. If you keep replacing those with positive thoughts and future plans, they may not trouble you. Nurse them with time and attention, and you make life hell for everybody around you.

Set fire to that bin. It does not belong to life or living.
