I regurgigate
fragments of life
forgotten – or
acerbic ones
giving me ulcers
I choose with care
reframe – inside and outside
present shareable aspects
hitherto unknown
or known but misunderstood
I understand so much more
shadows, demons
blocking light
which facilitates
both death and life

I think that was count is that we try to understand

I wonder if those lessons mean anything at that stage. We cannot go back in time. Our experience is unique, so it may not be of interest to any one else.

So true, to reflect later helps us understand.

You had me with the first stanza and the illustration. An excellent response to the prompt!

This is profound, Reena! We are incomplete puzzles… even to ourselves.

Regurgitation or reframing doesn’t change things but certainly helps us understand them and life better! Thought-provoking, Reena.

Sometimes we understand so much more upon reflection. Great words here.
