The café of complexities never ceases to fascinate me.
Fingerprints on menu cards belong to raised brows as well as beaming smiles. The feet that veer away from shared paths never turn back. The staff observes expressions more than counting the cash left behind in tips. They know it’s all linked – like the deals that click and appointments missed.
It’s all about who is favoured by the grand design of life. The place remains a sanctuary to take a break, but somehow fate seems to catch on with them.
This place is both busy and relaxed, but provides no immunity.

Well done. An interesting balance of life.

Sounds like a nice place to visit but wouldn’t want to live there. Nice spin on the image, Reena.
