I learn from a course in Heart Core Power, that the heart actually controls the brain. There is a very strong electromagnetic field around the heart which directs our thoughts and lifestyles.
The theory is interesting but challenged by neuroscientists for want of sufficient evidence. What if I choose to believe in it for some time? Will that relieve the pressure on my neural pathways and synapses in the brain? Will I stop blaming those patterns for things that go wrong?
The heart spells peace. The brain is full of conflict.

for an oasis

Thatโs an interesting premise.

I think heart and mind are better off working together. Neither can be trusted on its own. ๐ Well done and such a creative angle!
