Making an attempt at katauta, inspired by Colleen
do you truly care
what are they talking about?
it’s just me and you…
you wanted our love
to permeate minds, capture,
celebrate pure souls

Thanks for introducing me to this new form of poetry Reena… short and sweet! I admire the way you try new forms.

I’ve saved the image. Hope to find these dolls or an imitation somewhere.

They remind me of Russian nesting dolls. I have a carved wooden Japanese doll, but these little Ukrainian dolls are adorable. I found something similar on Amazon.com: https://www.amazon.com/Matryoshka-Nesting-Dolls-Set-pcs/dp/B09LR6LYBM/.
