waiting to restart
sounds waiting to be heard
sellers projecting wares
kids using all methods
to manipulate
helpless parents
bazaar is meant to buzz
markets are meant to mediate
trade turns the economy wheels

darned virus….
you may threaten us
again and again
and there’s no one
left to blame
you lose potency
with every re-run

you fuel vaccine business
let the investors
keep you alive
to extricate their profits
or their money back
let governments
fund initiatives
to protect
their vote bank

Stay where you are
or disappear
We will live again
We will buzz again

  4. You perfectly mirror the thoughts, fears and hopes of most of us in these difficult times. Go with the flow but keep away from youtube experts. I hope you’re right with the loss of potency. Viruses don’t care about human logic.
