The Lone Star

My feet, with no experience of being shackled in chains, feel heavy – they carry the weight of centuries which obstructed free movement of souls, born in bodies considered inferior by those who had no other means to prove their superiority.

I’ve moved through labyrinthine corridors of time in search of respect, and learnt that I cannot get it without bowing down to someone else. Recognition comes not from innate abilities, but association with perceived centers of power.

Established systems do not leave space for a challenger to change the narrative or perspective. Orbits that do not change will always keep worlds apart, not letting them exchange ideas which disturb patterns.

I make a wish on that lone star which is invisible in the day, yet does not fail to shine in darkness, and will fall one day to prove that it is not a myth.
