I know you don’t expect me, nor am I a welcome visitor in your self-imposed isolation.
But this is to let you know that I’ll be there with you next week.
I’m haunted by the stones in that cottage – each carrying a story from the past. Stones chosen carefully for what they represent, got together to create a new possibility. What if opposing forces had united in that bygone moment of history…..
Why cover it up with a well-crafted ceiling? Write a new story.
History and politics seldom come together in authenticity.
I’ll see you there in that rare space.

An intriguing piece, Reena. Well done.

You reach across many relationship issues that have such complexity. There is no correct answer.

You are right. One keeps guessing about the relationship. Thanks, James!

You are clearly wise. I feel like this is deep and I am swimming in too shallow of water. I’ll ponder on this one.

Thanks for the ‘clearly wise’ compliment! We are all swimming in different waters, not shallow or deep.

Beautiful philosophical prose, Reena. May we find it somewhere in the chaos.
