Somehow this November seems to mark the strangeness of the past year, sequestering, masks, and all that came with the pandemic. It’s as if time was otherwise suspended while we dealt with what it entailed.
The end signals a beginning … and a lovely reincarnation. I enjoyed your poem!

I love that hope towards the end: hopeful reincarnations. I can imagine next year will be more joyful.

Like the leaves, lots in the air right now, all part of a very surreal reality when I think about it too much.

‘Surreal’ is so apt for the situation. Maybe because we haven’t exercised it before.

I wonder if 2021 will be so much better than this year… it seems to spiral downward.

I guess uncertainty kills more than anything else. We don’t know for how long will it go on.
