 bits and pieces
 of my soul
 chosen with care
 put together
 are not just
 a creative challenge
  
 -but
 emergence of 
 my spirit
 -butterflies you see 
 formed in labor
 -the pain of rebirth

The son’s statue is made from the pieces removed from the father’s body – indicating the pains of parenthood.
