fly in the sky

I’m rooted 

immobile

 you have wings to fly

don’t look at me

with sad eyes

I’m bad with goodbyes

but promise to me

When you are tired

your wings weak

feel lonely 

and  undesired 

come back to me

I’ll always be there 

waiting for thee

rest in my arms 

I’ll sing a lullaby
