She had once fancied a life on wheels. The hotel rooms felt blissful after a long day, where she could pass out in a jiffy and dream of future adventures.
The soup and fish does not taste as good now. It has been a long time, since she had a wholesome, homemade meal. Her dreams lie in a heap on the chair, waiting to be repacked and moved – the umpteenth time. Does she herself live in those fantasies anymore? The world is not what she had sought it out to be.
What seemed like adventure once is a struggle now…..

I have traveled a lot in the past for my employer. Exciting at first but it does go weary. Your story nailed it.
