I don’t need to be here
where there is no trust
hopes, dreams ignored
I don’t need to be here

I don’t need to be there
where I’ve outlived utility
discarded like trash
I don’t need to be there

Here to there- a tough journey
to build a life of my own
to find meaning in being
Here to there – is where I don’t need to go
