Money could be one determinant that drives a relationship. But money most certainly is not the only factor. Like you mentioned ‘lethal smile’. The physical and emotional attributes are also toppers on that list. Just like ‘Troy’. The beauty of Helen was such divine, that it instigated a war that we still refer to as ‘The Battle of Troy’.
