I think I know where the path leads. Hence, I take small, measured, premeditated steps with a strategy. The gaps between the trunks and leaves show glimpses of the sky, and am imagined destination. Yes, the sky is where I want to reach.
A turn, a stone and a fall — and I am in the abyss below. I can still see the sky, but where am I? Mindsets change, in a state of relativity.
I dream of a hand to pull me up, but it does not appear.
Aaaargh …. I wake up with a scream and the nightmare ends. But has it ended? I am alive and awake, and open to endings — which can appear anytime, from anywhere.

And the easiest translation there is to say that you know you are walking the path of life and have a destination in mind, but you keep straying from the path and it can hurt.

I am alive and awake, and open to endings — which can appear anytime, from anywhere. Reena, these are your best lines so far. Very haunting. May i borrow them to write my story for this challenge?

Sure! You need not ask :). To give it a philosophical touch, every thought is borrowed from the universal energy 🙂

An ending can also be a new beginning, we should always be open to them 🙂
