The partially eaten pizza mocked at her dependent existence.
The day was spent in a tizzy, since she had misplaced the stylus of her phone. She had used it last at 10.42 am, as the Whatsapp feed showed, and then, moved out. She realized that a crucial piece of her life was missing at 1 p.m.
She wondered if part replacements were available online. She could type with her finger, till then. She could cook a fresh meal today, read a book or just go for a walk.
Life is too precious to be in limbo, without anything or anyone.
