We have multiple words with similar meanings to serve as your inspiration this week.

Dogmatism — emphasises the rigid, unquestioning adherence to one’s own beliefs.
Solipsism — conveys being trapped inside one’s own head, unable to truly engage with others’ perspectives.
Monologuing — highlights the one‑sided, self‑absorbed communication style.
Cognitive rigidity — a psychological term for inflexible thinking patterns.
Doctrinaire mindset — stresses the strict, almost ideological enforcement of one’s views.
Echo‑chambered consciousness — a more metaphorical phrase, suggesting thoughts reverberate only within the self, never meeting outside voices.

You don’t necessarily have to use the words. But the mindset should be a part of the character, protagonist, scenario or story you write.
