The Patterns …. by cozyquietcorner

Leaning patterns in symmetry
A display of arranged beauty,
These half circles and tall scale
Do build our world in detail
As I look at the lines squared
I find my senses ensnared,
Leaning patterns in symmetry
A display of arranged beauty.

Reena is the host of Reena’s Exploration Challenge– The prompt #157 is the above picture.

Magnets attract

I sense a trap in magnets and draw away to retain  a sense of self magnets follow me and then I know It’s not for an ulterior motive they are getting attracted to something  residing inside me not knowing  it is an opposite end… https://dversepoets.com/2020/10/19/quadrille-114-poetical-magnetism/

फिर भी

English translation in Comments

hecblogger's avatarPlaying with words

Heart Math

Heart Math ….. by VJ Knutson

VJ's avatarOne Woman's Quest

One (me) plus one (you)
equals two (a couple)

So why is it that division
makes me feel less than whole

And subtraction (we minus you)
renders me an integer

And how, in this state of sub zero
do I solve for y?

Lucidity

Discomfort often drives me to my grandmother’s place. The complexity of my web of thoughts gets slowly disentangled with the lucidity of the conversation. I’m told there were no life coaches in her times. Just wonder where did she get it all from… https://sammiscribbles.wordpress.com/2020/10/17/weekend-writing-prompt-179-lucid/

Life – Angles and Lines

Life-Angles and Lines …… by Ramya Tantry

Ramya Tantry's avatarAnd Miles to go before I sleep...

aa

Life is all about going from point A to point B. But the path is never a straight line.
We meet some people who are like parallel lines – Close but not close enough.
And with people comes different thinking angles – so many perspectives or confusions.
We often feel that life was easier when lines and angles existed only in our Maths books.
Now these lines and angles help us in the way of our life, making us ready for next point in our life.

I’m the architect!

I’m the architect ….
By Happy Soul

HappySoul's avatarLive Love Laugh Learn

Seeing a situation, from all angles, mind on a rampage

Different line of thoughts together, put me in a cage

My compulsive behaviour, tend to push me behind

I have learnt and I know now, where to draw the line

My confidence, my intellect, are my intangible asset

I design, I decide, This is my life n i’m its architect!

My dreams are not bound, they seek the infinite

My theories, my equations, I decide the right hand side

Even if life takes a full circle and I’m back to square one

It’s not easy to corner me, for I have learnt, and so, I have won!

In response to Reena’s exploration challenge . Thanks for hosting it, Reena.

Fandango FOWC Prompt Word too; Intangible. Thanks for hosting 😊
