PROMPT #191

Xploration Challenge is a real challenge this week, not just a writing prompt. Take your time. It can be more than a week, if needed. I will include it in future weekly wraps.

The challenge is to take a belief, a dream, a philosophy, a religion of yours, and turn it into trash.

Doodle something on a piece of paper, click a picture on your phone and post it here.

Play the Devil’s Advocate. See it from the other end of the bridge. Is there anything that connects you still?

Don’t worry … you will get back to a normal life after that. It is only creativity that matters here.

What rubbish ideas you have!

Outdated and impractical!

Honesty and hard work you tell me are essential???

Not so my dear I tell…

Empty your sorrows in as much fervour,

As you share your happiness,

Don’t hold back to it,

It ain’t do you any good,

Like dewdrops on leaves dissipate once the rays of light sink in,

Empty your sorrows without any delay,

Amongst stardusts of immortality,

Strands of insanity hidden,

While fickle flames of mortality,

Burns day in and day out,

Silently sane,

Lingering.

Sane-itisation

Wait before you spray the mod-lodge… a few more touches are needed. You’re never satisfied with your work. I continue sanitising. The gallery owners will sanitise it anyway. https://only100words.xyz/2021/07/22/three-line-tales-286/

Tectonic

“A coaching business thrives because educators failed somewhere,” It seemed a rather rude thing to say at the school reunion, attended by some teachers held in high regard. I don’t sympathise with a restless adversary trying to justify his heinous act. But I can’t deny it is opening up another perspective, Maybe he tried to help….  And then that letter is placed in my hands - to prove that he tried his best. It is worded cryptically, and as I move towards the … Continue reading Washed Ink
