English translation in Comments…

Don’t feel the fall…. by Christine Bialczak

cbialczak1971's avatarStine Writing

Don’t feel the fall

It is in the darkest hour

that we search for all the facts.

The one time in your life

when it explains all your acts.

We look for the loved ones

who have hurt us in our life.

We hope it is not exposed

to be a husband or a wife.

When truth comes to light

and you can see it all,

remember that you asked for it,

Don’t feel a fall.

In the darkest hour

In the darkest hour …. by Pallavi

Pallavi's avatarCurating Thoughts

It is in the darkest hour

when my insides became my power

resilience and resolute both got tested

I found what my heart’s true quest is

It is in the darkest hour

I began to understand what’s important

what’s real and what’s fake

if I was zombie walking or been consciously awake

It is in the darkest hour…. of laboring

that I wrote and re-wrote my destiny

Out of the Darkness

Out of the darkness …. by Len

Responding to Reena’s prompt # 100 based on above:

It is in the darkest hour that reason dawns, that hour of self doubt and confusion before enlightenment. Intuitively we stumble towards the truth, but become conflicted with the world’s unreasoning hysterical chatter. So we wrestle with our insecurities and try to separate the wheat from the chaff.

The unexamined life is not worth living.

Socrates

I have been wrestling with the merits of the youth movement that seems to be taking the developed world by storm in the last few months. Left leaning political parties are advocating for the voting age to be lowered to sixteen. Students are protesting in the U.S. on gun control due to the horrific shooting at U.S. schools. Students are striking from educational studies to protest lack of climate change action. Five students are suing the Canadian government for the lack of a sufficient…

Bankar Jugnu …. by hecblogger

English translation in Comments section

hecblogger's avatarPlaying with words

Dark & Light

Dark & Light ….. by Aishwarya at kittysverses

kittysverses's avatarKitty's Verses

While darkness embodies strength of character,

Emanating hidden virtues to ourselves,

Light embodies luxury,

Emanating sophistication, our image to the world,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I showcase my individuality,

In brightness,

I become one among the crowd,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I understand my strength,

Like the vine in my backyard,

Finding its way amidst innumerable obstacles,

In brightness,

I become lackadaisical,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I learn to live with bare minimum,

In light,

I crave for more,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I know my true friends,

Until then,

Everyone swarm like flies to a sweet,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I get clarity over the happenings,

In brightness,

Cheer engulfs any impending danger,

It’s only in the darkest hour,

I put forth my sincere efforts,

Until then,

I just bide my time,

Why I wait until the darkest hour,
