God didn’t give me wings
but bestowed my mind
with thousands of wings
to fly above the clouds
to discover new lands
to never sit still in one place
however, mayI try
with the mind of a wanderer
and the body tied to the earth
I make my life enchanting
by not to take a flight
when I see others in a plight
and that’s enoughto enlighten my heart
and fill my dayswith
light and delight

The moon illuminated
the dismally dark path
that light he’s always waited
a ghoulish thought he felt frustrated
a toy boat on the floor of the footpath
a trick or treat that’s belated
scarlet dusk gave him a fright that’s fated
on this damp evening like a bath
a ring of hope he’s created
as the moon illuminated
that drearily darkened path
a sigh of relief and he’s elated
now his fear he vacated
and nothing could be scathe
in his soul hope he located

Do I Believe In Ghosts?
I believe in ghosts.
No. Not the dead person’s ghost but one who lives among us living a ghost’s life.
I have noticed their presence in society.
As far as politicians are concerned, their miseries, poverty, pain, and their plight, everything is invisible till the elections come.
They live like ghosts. No one bothers about them till they are needed by vested interests.
Then I have seen some ghosts, in homes, society, parties where no one notices them, no one hears what they have to say till their services. are needed.

Spirits really exist
Or are they are imaginary,
a figment of your mind
Your faith is their strength
The reason for their existence
If you believe
They are everywhere
If you don’t
They are nowhere
