like a

pendulum

between

what I have a right to do

and

what is right to do

justice is delayed

the mad wolves

roaming free

harming many

the solution is simple

like mad dogs

they must be shot dead

but

do I have the right to do

even if it is

the right thing to do

A poem,
Any poem,
When one needs to?

Because this prompting —

Ethics is knowing the difference between what you have a right to do, and what is right to do.I have a right, to tell the truth, and to do it tactfully!

We pretend to be the follower

Of what is right, what is correct

But when it comes to the matter of

What suits us, benefits us we often renege

Demanding our rights, irrespective of the fact

That it sometimes will hurt others in the process

Practicing fair-mindedness in all things

Will result in us all enjoying the benefits

Of what’s right and what’s right for us all

If I were an app…. I would track everything for you.  I would monitor all of your vital signs, like temperature, heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen level, respiration rate, your weight, how long you sleep, and compile a list of everything that you eat.  I would monitor all of your exercise and remind you of all of your appointments.  You would wear me on your wrist and I could tell you the time, date and weather and also be used as your phone and play any music that you have stored on your song list.  I will be able to tell you the contents that you have in your refrigerator and create shopping lists for you.  I can tell you when it is time for you to eat and sleep.  I could give you a list of things that you might want to watch on TV and…

Social media can be a brilliant place to be. A chance to keep in contact with loved ones and friends, even though you are not living near each other. However, the other side to that, is the dangerous side.

Not just the fact you can get people, who think they will be able to say what is going on in their minds, without a filter. They can be as rude and disrespectful as they like and nothing is being done by those who own Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
