Mom lost her mind ....by Francis the Frenchie
If I hold a mirror to you, will you recognise yourself? You may call me disfigured, broken or ugly You may say conforming is the only way to go Will you see shades of your fractured self in me? You may call me disfigured, broken or ugly For all that is different, is alien to … Continue reading Holding a mirror

The glasses he wears obstruct clear vision, The compass shows a certain direction, but he’s not sure why is he following that. The ineptitude shows. Of my own making …..by Susi Bocks
life is random
my thoughts specific
i’d like to live
where I would thrive
a place
filled with comfort
meeting my needs
supplying what’s required
this
my paradise
this
enough of what is needed

I surprise myself with my resilience I still breath in toxic ambience I wonder if brains alter with what I face jumping from manic to depressive phase I analyse what’s inaccessible see blindness, hear the inaudible Then I see shadows that follow me It’s so familiar, but that’s not me I die several deaths, but … Continue reading That’s not me
Diana Coombes creates a bubble…
Bubble
A bubble with a transparent veil;
kept together with a fragile frame.
A bubble with a sphere of protection;

the ones they love.

AR manipulates the real-world space that the user sees, altering their perception of reality. The person living in an augmented reality might be watching a live recording of the real world with virtual elements imposed on top of it. They may also be walking down the street and it becomes a wild amalgamation of the physical and the virtual worlds, merged so convincingly that the boundaries will disappear in their minds. These surroundings will become filled with persons, places, objects, and activities that don’t actually exist, and yet they will seem deeply authentic to us. …

The view from inside ….by Sadje
I feel trapped in a web
Woven by fantastical visions
It’s a place at once dark and exhilarating
Because it’s neither reality nor fiction
Living and thinking too much inside the bubble
I have lost the connection to the world outside
Day by day, existing in a reality created by others
I am lost, trying to break the gossamer threads
Of this metaverse, that is pulling me deeper and deeper
I need to breathe
