‘The Creator, Preserver and Destroyer”, he said with a smirk, “Don’t we all know the Trinity?” “Yes. We do. It is an easily understandable concept. I strive to know if it is a straight line or circle. What happens after the End? Is there recreation, or only new creation?” “Sounds like Copernicus saying the earth … Continue reading Unending Cycle
i am in the middle of a sea of crowd drenched in my own thoughts i fell in the stream of unjustifiable tension and got competely deluged its taking over all the best in me its getting over my nerve.
i searched for a hand to take me out of an engulfing ocean of oblivion but i can’t seem to keep a hold of my grip the harder i try the easier i falter.
i can’t breathe i am suffocated i need to let go but letting go would mean total drowning and would mean completely losing myself.
Computer code travelling across the internet like a crowd of tourists, surging towards the next data. A series of zeros and ones. Each travelling in a different direction. Where are they going? What search will it be next? Has a writer suddenly got a new idea? Whatever the question, the internet can search it all.
Back to the beginning, when code was invented, and the first computer needed a room all to itself. Now, compact, in a mobile so small, anyone from the past would wonder how the information got there.
Jump into the shadow, and back into the light. Every thing happening in the world at the touch of a keyboard. Typing more natural than speaking to another person. Information overload. One word, one line, one paragraph – writing a story for which there is no end.
I was in Quantum Mechanics from 9 AM till 10:15 AM and I am so glad that this class only meets 2 times a week. Not so long ago we thought space and time were the absolute and unchanging scaffolding of the universe. Then along came Albert Einstein, who showed that different observers can disagree about the length of objects and the timing of events. His theory of relativity unified space and time into a single entity called space-time. It meant the way we thought about the fabric of reality would never be the same again. The EPR paradox of 1935 is an influential thought experiment in quantum mechanics with which Albert Einstein and his colleagues Nathan Rosen and Boris Podolsky “EPR” claimed to demonstrate that the wave function does not provide a complete description of physical reality, and hence that the Copenhagen interpretation (a collection of views about the…
Welcome back! But are you coming or going? PROMPT #227 The image given above is your prompt for the week. Write whatever comes to mind. There is no restriction on length or format of the piece.
