Welcome back to another Sunday Poser
This week my question is;
Are you a people pleaser?
In my personal opinion, this road leads to misery because you cannot please everyone all the time. I would characterize myself as a recovering people pleaser.
I can blame my personality flaw on the fact that I grew up without a mother who would/ might have given me the confidence to be myself at all times, instead of seeking approval from others. Or perhaps it was an inherent trait.
Nevertheless, I have realized that this is a weakness that leads to being unhappy most of the time. As the saying goes; “……You cannot please all the people all the time”, so it had to change. I’m proud to say that I’m ( I think) 50% there. Who knows, maybe I’ll get rid of this weakness before I kick the bucket!

Sunset serenity sillhouetted leaves tremble in the wind hushes the sky to sleep orange halo dims the day fades dusky grey shimmers no chirps on the roof a moment of peace distilled serene a pause before life begins again the sun is going down serenely like my mind no longer do the thoughts rush untamed windswept a molecule of respite in sunset serenity.

Serene sun within the sky that plays my dreams I only wished I was listening to different music on some days then maybe I would not have to listen to the constant fights of the day that come from everyone in may but it doesn’t seem to work like that because my mind operates in a different way than everyone else’s where instead of communicating through words how I feel I rather listen to my own thoughts and be alone but I am always around everyone else all the time and loving the same person in my dreams but when focusing my center of attention on my consciousness it draws me into a different filter of my own perspective of reality and I know I should spend less time focusing on everyone else’s thoughts of me and just focus on my own selflessness but instead I am worried about others…
