Domes

Domes are built to resonate with energy and make a lasting impact on people inside.

But they also restrict the sky and the invasion of new thought processes.

New thought? Is that rebellion?

It is the beginning of a new era.

It will make people long for the beautiful, principled past.

Only if they survive to tell the tales.

I feel a chilling wind cutting through my bones. Am I sprucing up for change, or dissolving in ether?

    1. Thank you, Diana!

It reminded me of the Stoddard Temple that Howard Roark builds in the novel “Fountainhead” by Ayn Rand, and all that he holds against making people feel dwarfed under imposing structures.
