We have a quote by Maria Popova to serve as an inspiration this week.

History is not what happened, but what survives the shipwreck of judgment and chance.

It is not necessary to use the line or words, though there is nothing to stop you from doing so. But please give due credit. Let it be a guiding thought and pen down your reflections on it. You may agree, disagree, support the thought, or tear it down to smithereens with your logic. It will only make the post more engaging.
