Someone needs to work out the percentage of wrong answers from AI, since they cannot customise. Those who understand this will go back to common sense and F2F.
In the BFSI industry, I see increased hiring in sales and collection roles, because it needs F2F contact. Most of the other services are online (non-branch delivery).
They haven’t given the child a phone as yet 😂 but s/he is sure to ask for it.
The Dawoodi Bohra community in India has banned mobile phones for kids below 14 years of age. I guess they need another diktat to control use by parents.

I just watched 4 people (one a small child) at a restaurant table. All three adults were on their phones. Why does that seem wrong?
