Then, influence gets granular. Bosses, peers, gurus, media, and literature influence our self-image and how we view the world.
We pat our backs fulfilling someone else’s expectations; we flagellate ourselves when we fail to meet those expectations.
And then one day, unfortunately, towards the fag end of life, we find ourselves.
There’s no looking back after that.
Not at others or the world we were born in.
It’s Nirvana.

Some reach that Nirvana sooner than others. It the prize not the length of the journey! Well done.
