The National Head of Human Resources, responsible for overseeing the human resource management of the entire organisation, is perplexed by the number of resignations and transfer requests from a particular branch—the reason quoted by all points in the same direction.

Shocked by the situation, the National Head immediately calls the Regional Head for an explanation.

“What is remarkable about your Branch Head that no one wants to  work with him?”

“He wears multiple faces,” hisses the Regional Head derisively, “and even the faces cannot tolerate him.”

“I’m issuing his termination order and declining all exit requests from the staff. Find someone to replace him.”

The Regional Head dreams of multiple masks flying at him with job applications that night.

“I’ll grow your business manifold.”

“I’ll protect the ghastly secrets you so desperately want to bury.”

“I’ll promote all the girls you fancy and let you reap the benefits.”

“I’ll get you an appointment with the minister you’ve been chasing for government funding.”

The nightmare ends with the face of the Branch Head, who had been manipulating and deceiving his way to power, rolling on the floor, laughing,

“Aren’t you going to defend me for all I do for  you?”
