Taking charge

“Dad was out of business in 2021. His customers did not turn up to collect the painted signboards”.

“I wonder how many of them survived the Second Wave”, said Gavin with a sigh.

“I’m looking for the order book … just in case a customer turns up or his survivor.”

“Survivor?”

“Yeah … just like I’m taking charge. Dad did not have the time to hand over the charge, isolated in the hospital.”
