Who invented competition?
It made others look up at me
I was leading my life
till crabby pincers
pulled me down
to mingle with them
where I don’t belong.
accused of unthought deeds
crossing boundaries
makes me criminal
Who invented communities?
They kill individuality

We shouldn’t be the same as everyone else, otherwise our creativity cannot shine.

Yes, they gang up on your when you’re succeeding. But then, sometimes we need them to survive. It’s a balance, load your circle with the caring ones.

As they say, the five people closest to you make you what you are – for good or bad.

Never looked at it that way, but it makes sense. Choose wisely!

Oy vey… that’s a hard place to be, Reena.
Perhaps it has to do with finding the right community (if at all).

Oh – that’s rather bleak, but unfortunately true in many ways.

Ooo–those crabby pincers pulling down the person who thinks differently! A thought-provoking poem.
Yet, I don’t think I’d want to exist without some community–poetic, friends, family, etc.

Wow! eish! Double edged sword isn’t it…i wonder how life would have been if everyone had been a longer.in the same thought not everyone is alligned to someone but after all there’s someone for someone maybe Adam Smith and Karl Marx are to take the shot and Mark to take the credit…
