The long, dark hair and red lips are beautiful. But the extended eyeliner and lip color leaking out of the perfect bow-shaped mouth makes one feel as if she just walked out of a horror flick.
Then she smiles and the aura changes. Well, it could be the makeup artist overdoing his job. Her beauty is innate and ethereal.
But that smile was the last smile to come upon her face. And indeed, the self-appointed jury in the guise of makeup artists had done their job in painting her to be a witch or ghost.
Ghost she is not, as she will proclaim the rules for the future, at the cost of a smile that lit up the room.
She has recognized the wolves in the guise of sheep, and she is determined to serve wolf meat at her next party for honest people.

I love the use of colour in the opening paragraph, Reena, and the extended metaphor of the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

There are so many wolfs in the beauty industry… rarely they have to face the consequences… wolf meat indeed.

They are found in all industries.

Reena, your vivid portrayal beautifully contrasts initial haunting imagery with innate beauty. The transition from potential horror character to resilient individual, determined to expose deception, is compelling.

Reena, I love the story you spun with the prompt line. It had me wondering who was the real wolf in the scenario. I like the themes of extreme vs. moderation and manipulation vs. victory.
