Past life regression is confusing.
If the source of my problems today lie in a particular past life, how does the past life regression therapist reach exactly that lifetime and time zone? I may have lived hundreds or thousands of lives till now.
“Not thousand as yet”, speaks the therapist as if reading my thoughts, “you are a young soul still traversing your second century. The person you hate today figured in your life in life no. 115”.
“And what did I do to him to earn his wrath?”
“You were a hunter and he the hunted. You orphaned his dependent children.”
“I don’t want to be hunted as a human being.”
“Both of you are human, which tips the scales equally. The door is half open. You can choose to continue playing the hunting game, or seek rapprochement. Take care of orphans somewhere to nullify the bad Karma.”
Yes, I will. But how do I know who started the cat-and-mouse game, and who is supposed to seek forgiveness?

How does one know about past lives? I swear I’ve met people that I knew in past lives. I swear I love one, and he me.
