“Fear of death is the ultimate threat in life. Use whatever weapons we have against recalcitrant people.”

“I think you should read this book.”

“To get my mind dirty with whatever she writes.”

“No, because to her, death is quite romantic. She sees it as an adventure.”


A decade later, they meet when she is on her deathbed. The response to the book was tumultuous.

His tone is stern.

“Do you regret what you did?”

“No. You’ll see things from another perspective, when you undertake the final journey. My view says I did fine.”
