“I’m addicted to these optical illusion pictures. The website claims the key to my personality type lies in what I see first.”
“Why do you need someone else to decipher your mindset?”
“It gives an objective view.”
“You are actually … talking to yourself, to all those hidden layers whose existence you deny. The picture holds no illusions, just different layers of the same reality.”

Nice Six, Reena – seeing two sides at the same time could be very useful at times! 🙂

Recently I had a conversation about the obsessive effort to ‘cure’ everything…and the responsibility of those who hold the “scalpel’ in matters of the psyche, to be ‘unsuccessful” at times in order to preserve one’s unique substance.
Perception and deception.

You are perhaps referring to ‘pop psychology.’ I like the insight on how therapists are unsuccessful, because people like to preserve one’s unique substance.

ok… promised myself I wouldn’t try an list what I believed I saw in the illustration.
Couldn’t agree more with the thought “You are actually … talking to yourself”
Ancient myths speak of the divine gift of fire and how it makes possible technology and it’s ‘benefits’.
If there is one gift to make a difference, it is the gift of perspective. To capable of accepting there is more to reality than what we were taught as children is surely the one of greatest power.

Human perspective should gain more importance in the age of algorithmic perspectives – especially for its unique-ness.
