PROMPT #216

CHARACTER SKETCH

We have an image here, but the task is not just to write a story or poem about the picture or spirit of the picture.

You need to imagine this as a character in a story plot, and write about her.

  • Give her a name.
  • Mention the geography she lives in.
  • What could be her temperament?
  • Is she prone to melancholy, or is she faking it to fool someone?
  • Is there someone she is thinking about?
  • Where could she go next for here?

The list is indicative, and you can use your imagination to paint a more vivid character sketch.

If you are telling a story, you can add one or more characters to bring depth.

There is no restriction on length or format of the piece. There is no last date either, unless you wish to be featured in the Weekly Wrap. 

Any post that is found to be offensive, vulgar or something that hurts common sensibilities will not be included. This needs to be a safe space.
